The BGCSI is looking for a reliable, safety conscious individual with exceptional leadership skills to manage the delivery of a broad range of programs with the BGCSI Pillars of Academic Success, Good Character and Citizenship and Healthy Lifestyles within the Core Area structure. Plan, develop, organize program schedule and its implementation. Recruit, train, and supervise employees. Uphold and communicate the organizations’ mission and values to youth development professionals, members, families and community members.
Requirements: 4-year degree in related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization, planning and supervising activities based on the developmental needs of school aged youth (ages 5-18). Strong organizational, interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. Demonstrated ability in personnel supervision, budget and facility management. Ability to manage a fast-paced, multi-faceted, high volume youth development program atmosphere.
