    Job Description
    Full-time position responsible for delivering IT support services, web page design, security, and technical training/support as needed for the Contact Tracing Team. This is full time, grant funded position thru May 2021.

    Hours: Full time equals 35 hours per week with full benefits.

    Minimum Requirements: Undergraduate or Graduate Education: Degrees in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.

    Acceptable candidates are those that have:
    Attention to Detail – is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
    Customer Service – works with staff, co-workers and subcontractors to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
    Oral communication – expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, listens to others, and responds appropriately.
    Problem Solving – identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment and critical thinking to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
