    Job Description
    Full time position for an enthusiastic individual to lead a team providing medical assessment, education, counseling, and outreach duties with minimal supervision. This is full time, grant funded position thru May 2021.

    Hours: Full time equals 35 hours per week with full benefits. Weekends required.

    Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in a health-related field with public health experience such as Disease Investigation AND four years of professional experience including two years supervisory. 

    Acceptable candidates are those that:
    Have the ability to coordinate program activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of a team.
    Able to ensure consistent implementation of mitigation recommendations, education, and support for selfisolation for those affected by COVID-19.
    Ensure production targets are met related to COVID-19 Contact Tracing Program expectations.
    Conduct and attend meetings related to COVID-19 response efforts, as needed.
    Identify staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.
    Can perform quality assurance through listening in on calls and providing feedback to team as well as participating in quality improvement conversations with individual team members.
    Perform phone calls as needed, including contacts who have been exposed to COVID-19 and businesses that a COVID-19 case has frequented or worked at. Give workplace guidance per CDC guidelines.
    Addresses complex issues with cases or contacts that have been escalated by staff/team.
