Kristin Gregory is a proud native of Carbondale, IL. She attended Carbondale public schools and earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from Illinois Wesleyan University, then a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. After working as Public Information Officer in Paducah, KY and spending time in Louisville, she is back in her hometown, hoping to build on ways to promote Carbondale as a great place to live, work, visit, play and invest. She assumed the new role in December 2008 and is enthusiastic about this opportunity and the potential for even greater things in this region. Kristin is excited about this Carbondale community; the great businesses here, the educational institutions, our local government, nonprofit agencies, and all of our partners.

Amanda L. Rothe is the newest Chamber Staff Member, starting December 14^th 2009.  She was born and raised in Murphysboro, IL, taking up permanent residence here in Carbondale three years ago.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism with a News Specialization from The School of Mass Communication and Media Arts with a Minor in Journalism/ Advertising, all from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.  Amanda is looking forward to serving the Chamber and its Members, to support their vision for prosperous economic developments in the City of Carbondale. 

Chris Nolan has been the bookkeeper at the CCC since April, 2007. She lives in Murphysboro with her husband, two children and Labrador named Jax. Besides working at the Chamber part-time, Chris is the bookkeeper for several other companies.
